Candi Dasa, relaxing place of Eastern Bali

Thanks to the fact that Candi Dasa is not such a preferred and developed traveler resort, most of the Candi Dasa hotels that are available are directly situated on the beach and are spread out over a big distance surrounded by tropical gardens and dense vegetation with stunning views of the sea. Some of Bali's most beautiful scenery can be found in Candi Dasa, a secluded beach town situated in the northeast of Bali away from the bustling traveler resorts like Kuta and Sunar. Here rather than the stunning white sand, the beach is covered in black sand with a backdrop of giant mountains covered with rice terraces and dense tropical forests all under shadows of the towering and impressive volcano and so it is extremely popular with couples having a Bali wedding.

Jimbaran, the perfect combination between seafood and sunset

Jimbaran is just south of the airport and Kuta. That all started to change in the 1980s and Jimbaran is now home to several world class 5 star beach resorts, plus a few more moderate mid-market hotels. The bay itself has a pleasant white sand beach and is very safe for swimming. The three clusters of grilled seafood restaurants on the beach are a major tourist draw in the evenings, as is the truly stunning sunset.
Jimbaran is also home to a Norwegian University, Gateway College, with around 500 students studying athletics, philosphy, culture, economics and journalism. Jimbaran has an increasing number of rather chic shops but there is little or no nightlife here.

Lovina, hidden Paradise of North Bali

Ubud, central of Balinese culture

Because Ubud has much to offer; from its stunning panorama of Ayung River valley and the terraces rice filed, its most talented artist, its typical traditional market and myriad of shops that line the road is a heaven for shopping, its undying culture, its serene environs and plentiful of nice small hotels and restaurants and many more.
Ubud has no great beaches to speak of, no mountain lakes, and no grand hotels .Yet it has the richness of soil and it is the center of Bali's art and culture. If you do not stay in Ubud, or you do not have much time during your Bali Holiday, a visit is worth because it would offer you a memorable stay in Bali.

Kuta Beach

It seems that almost all the time, Kuta pops up to the top of the itinerary list when one starts their plan to visit Bali. "If you have not been to Kuta, you have not been to Bali," as the saying goes.
It is often confusing when one mentions the word Kuta. Just try doing a Google search, and it will return at least a hundred different hotels and restaurants. Officially speaking, Google is right. After all, Kuta actually represents the name of a district in Bali, covering a total area of 17.52 km2. But the heart of Kuta - where all excitements are happening, kids are building their sand castle, novices are picking up surfing - stretches only about 1 km long.

Tanah Lot Temple, temple with astonishing sunset view

It is located at Braban Village, Kediri District, Tabanan Regency. It is about 13 kilometers from the closest city of Tabanan, about 30 kilometers from the main city of Denpasar. It can be reached by motorcycle and road fairly good.
The spectacular Tanah Lot is possibly the best known and most photo-graphed temple in Bali. The tourist crowed here are phenomenal, especially at the sunset, and commercial hype is terrible. Tanah Lot tours are heavily promoted in all tourist areas. The temple perched on the little rocky islet, look superb whether delicately lit by the dawn light or starkly outlined at sunset. But can it ever live up to the hype.
