Candi Dasa, relaxing place of Eastern Bali

Thanks to the fact that Candi Dasa is not such a preferred and developed traveler resort, most of the Candi Dasa hotels that are available are directly situated on the beach and are spread out over a big distance surrounded by tropical gardens and dense vegetation with stunning views of the sea. Some of Bali's most beautiful scenery can be found in Candi Dasa, a secluded beach town situated in the northeast of Bali away from the bustling traveler resorts like Kuta and Sunar. Here rather than the stunning white sand, the beach is covered in black sand with a backdrop of giant mountains covered with rice terraces and dense tropical forests all under shadows of the towering and impressive volcano and so it is extremely popular with couples having a Bali wedding.
The accommodation in Candi Dasa is not as abundant as the other more popular traveler areas. The hotels and villas are more spaced out along the shorefront.
Most people come to Candi Dasa to enjoy a relaxing refreshing holiday, absorbing the Bali sun and enjoying the attractive scenery that's natural to Candi Dasa. The barbecued seafood is delicious and Bali offers a massive variety of shellfish and other seafood delicacies.
With all the resorts next to the beach, swimming, snorkeling and scuba diving are definitely very popular. The diving spots around Candi Dasa are just some of the best diving spots in the world with a wonderful variety of sea life. There are numerous traveler places and resorts to choose between when planning a holiday to Bali, from the crowded beaches of Kuta, the tropical rain forests in the mountains situated in Ubud and the secluded Bali accommodation around Candi Dasa. Candi Dasa lodging is different because of the limited amount of places that are available to stay, to make sure that you get the hotel or resort that you want to stay at in Candi Dasa you will have to book ahead. This course lets you immerse yourself in the green valley surroundings of Rendang village with fresh mountain air, occasional sightings of wild exotic birds and pure excitement.

Two Popular activities you should not miss during your stay in Candi Dasa are:

White water rafting at Telaga Waja River;

The name of the valley and river, Telaga Waja, means ‘steel pond’ in Balinese, owing to the once steady flow of red-hot lava resembling molten steel from the past eruption of Mount Agung. The name aptly fits the current day rafting, as Telaga Waja is indeed Bali’s most challenging river course.
A safety briefing and paddling practice session ensues.

Odyssey Submarine tour;

Odyssey is a touring submarine, operated by Submarine Safaris Asia, Ltd., which takes passengers to see and admire the underwater realm of Amuk Bay, near Candidasa. The battery-powered submarine carries up to 36 passengers in its single air-conditioned compartment.
Prior to boarding, teams of instructors’ brief passengers on safety instructions as life jackets are distributed. The smooth operating battery-powered submarine carries up to 36 passengers in its single air-conditioned compartment. Side portholes enable passengers to view the marine life at depths of over 40m. Usually included in the tours are hotel transfers, a barbecue lunch, and the 45min submarine ride, as well as safety equipment and guides. The submarine dive location is just north of the Padang Bai turn-off on the road to Candidasa, in the eastern part of the island, featuring a clean, black-sand beach with a mountainous backdrop.
During the submerged vessel’s usual route around Amuk Bay, the underwater views are alive with bright and colourful tropical fish, corals, and occasional stingrays and sea turtles.
